We accept returns for both faulty products and products in perfect condition, and we offer exchanges subject to availability.
Return period

The product must be returned within the same period.
Product conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in perfect condition
• Be in its original packaging
• Include all labels and accessories
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order confirmation

• We provide a prepaid return label
• No return charges or handling fees
Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt and approval of the return
• Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a faulty, damaged or incorrect item
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
